The Basics

We want you to be really happy with everything you buy from us.

If you aren’t happy with a purchase, simply return it within 30 days for a full refund.

Please let us know in advance that you are returning something by emailing us at helpful@oskoe.com.

 

Outlet Items

Generally the same as other items except please return within 14 days for a full refund.

 


How to return something

You have to cover the cost of returning items to us.

We only accept returned items that are unused and in their original undamaged packaging.

We can’t refund items that are damaged on their return journey or fail to arrive back with us:

  • Please make sure items are well packaged; we suggest returning items in their original outer postal packaging.
  • We recommend you use a tracked delivery service with insurance to the value of the item(s) you are returning for items valued over £50.

Damaged Items

Occasionally items are damaged on their journey to you. If your item is damaged please contact us as soon as you can and within 5 days at helpful@oskoe.com and we will arrange a free exchange or refund.

 


Faulty Items

Very occasionally an item might be faulty. Please contact us at helpful@oskoe.com and we will arrange a free exchange or refund.
