Baby Animals are 20cm tall. Small teddy sized and perfect take everywhere pals. A brilliant first soft toy.

Floppy Animals are a bit bigger. About 30cm tall. Good for a snuggle.

Cuddly Hotties are snugglier still with their removable fruit stone heat pads. They range in size from 30-40cm tall or long.

Senger use Natural Fibres Only, for both fur and stuffing. This keeps the little insides you're most worried about free of synthetic stuffing too.

Most soft toys including the market leading brand (Smelly Hat) use synthetic plush fabrics as well as synthetic fibre or bead fill. Polyester and acrylic are the norm.

Even ‘ethical’ soft toy brands, including some who advertise their toys as ‘100% organic cotton’ use polyester fill (naughty!).

Senger toys have a certain naive charm about them. These are not the saccharin sweet concoctions of an anonymous marketing team. But loyal companions lovingly brought to life by the imaginations of Volker and Sabine Senger.

They are made in Germany. 

You use them instead of a hot water bottle or cool pack. The sealed cotton heat pad is filled with cherry stones.

From the outside you would never know about their hidden super power. Very modest!

To use as a hottie: Unzip the animal’s tummy pouch to take out the heat pack and pop it in the microwave for 30-60 seconds (600w max), or in a WARM oven (less than 75 degrees celsius) for 2-3 minutes. 

As a cool pack: Put the heat pack inside a clean dry container or plastic bag in the freezer for a few hours. Will help to keep little hot bodies a bit cooler in the warmest months.

They are filled with Certified Organic wool from sheep reared in Germany. Their coats are plush cotton fur made from Certified Organic Cotton grown in Turkey.
