About Nibble Bookcase
Designed to adapt over the years. Its compact size make it easy to incorporate in a nursery, play room, spare room or even a hallway or landing. Thinking forwards, it’s small enough for a first home yet big enough for all their most precious books.
Made from a single full width board with continuous grain running up an over the top. It is a pure expression of the beauty of British grown Ash, a tree that is very sadly and seemingly unavoidably in decline.
A geometric bite from the top of each side ensures the bookcase doesn’t feel too heavy. And provides a tantalising glimpse through to the contents.
Box joints attach top to sides and add subtle visual interest. Hidden sliding dovetails, visible only from the back, provide practically indestructible strength.
